As a wellness enthusiast myself, I understand the importance of fostering a sense of community and support. My journey into the holistic realm began about a decade ago, in my early 20’s, while looking for answers to improve my mental health and wanting to learn more about treating an invisible illness that has caused me chronic-pain for as long as I can remember.
Through extensive research into medicinal mushrooms and psilocybin medicine my vision for ELVTD became clear - a hub for connection, inspiration, and the pursuit of a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Our virtual wellness center and community collaborations is where you’ll find like-minded people gathering, sharing insights and experiences, around the transformative power of wellness.

Creative Director & Honorable Herbalist
For my whole life I have been fascinated with holistic wellness after being raised by a mom who was an expert in the field. Being raised by an acupuncturist taught me how to rely on the medicines that the earth gave us, instead of resorting to the western medical model.
Today, I use my creativity to foster relatable content that focuses on this modality of traditional healing. Since originally learning about the earths healing medicines, I have been certified in crystal healing and herbalism. I love making things for people’s specific needs, as well as finding ways to contribute to the community.
